⸻Exceptional Quality and Service – Loving Our New Vita Spa!For the past 25 years, I enjoyed my LA Spa—it was reliable, comfortable, and well worth the maintenance over the years. Over time, I replaced the pumps, air blower, control panel (fried by a light leak), light, several jets, and three covers. I even repainted the head cushions with vinyl paint, which held up surprisingly well! A couple of years ago, I repaired a pipe leak, and this year, another one popped up. I fixed it, but during a water test, I discovered yet another deep within the spray foam. That’s when I knew—it was finally time to retire my old spa.I walked inside and told my wife, “It’s time to let it go.” The pipes, worn from Arizona’s brutal heat, reminded me of our old black poly irrigation lines—brittle and bound to keep leaking. Her response? “I saw an ad for a hot tub sale at Cardinal Stadium.” My response? “No way, we’re not buying a spa today.” Her comeback? “We need one. What else are we going to do with that spot in the yard?”So, off we went. The sale was put on by Hot Tub Superstore, and our salesman (I regret forgetting his name) was pleasant and low-pressure. As we browsed, we shared our LA Spa story, and he mentioned that Vita Spa is made by the same company that used to manufacture LA Spas. That immediately reassured us about the brand. Then we saw it—a 500 Series Grand (92” x 92”) 2024 display model in the perfect size and color combination. They offered to discount it, but also gave us the option to order a 2025 model with custom specs. The price seemed fair, and we decided to go for the floor model, with the condition that I needed time to remove my old spa and prep the slab. Hot Tub Superstore even offered free removal with a $200 disposal fee, which I thought was reasonable. They agreed to delay delivery for over a month so I could take care of the concrete work.Delivery & SetupOn Friday, March 28th, three guys delivered the spa. By Saturday afternoon, it was up and running, and my wife and I spent the rest of the day soaking in it.Why I Love This Spa Even MoreI never expected to love this spa so much more than my last one—but I do!•Powerful Jets – Even without the air blower option, the jets have noticeably more power.•Whisper-Quiet Pumps – Much quieter than my old spa.•Adjustable Headrests – They move up and down for extra comfort.•Incredible Lighting – Color-changing LEDs throughout the spa make for a fantastic experience.•Smooth & Glossy Interior – Feels much better against the skin than my old spa.•Smart, User-Friendly Controls – Modern and easy to program.•Durable Build – Full metal frame and composite siding—a big upgrade from my old wood-slatted surround.•Thoughtful Design – The control panel circuit board box is in a smart location where it won’t get damaged by leaks (unlike my old one).•Premium Cover Included – Made of Sunbrella fabric, and it’s far nicer than the standard covers I’ve used before. (Of course, I had just bought a new cover last year… now it’s listed on Craigslist!)Customer ServiceAfter delivery, I noticed two minor defects—likely from being a display model, though it was only built in August 2024 (per the nameplate). I reached out to Hot Tub Superstore, and they responded immediately, offering to send a tech. I opted to handle the fixes myself, so they’re shipping me the parts. Great customer service!Final ThoughtsI’m so glad my wife convinced me to go check out spas that day. This Vita Spa has exceeded my expectations, and I’m looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come!I highly recommend Hot Tub Superstore and the Vita brand
